Terms and Conditions

Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Impact Marketing mobile application and website (collectively, the "Platform"). By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Platform.

Definitions

• "Customer" refers to individuals who register for a membership to receive discounts from Retailers.
• "Retailer" refers to businesses that register to offer discounts to Customers through the Platform.
• "Membership" refers to the paid subscription that grants Customers access to discounts.
• "Discount" refers to the 2-5% price reduction offered by Retailers to Customers.

Account Registration

To use certain features of the Platform, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

Customer Membership

Customers can register for a one-year membership at a cost of ₹159. The membership provides access to discounts at participating Retailers. The membership is valid for one year from the date of purchase and is non-transferable.

To avail discounts, Customers must present their digital membership card to the Retailer at the time of purchase. The discount amount (between 2-5%) is determined by the Retailer.

Retailer Obligations

Retailers can register on the Platform for a fee of ₹300 per year. By registering, Retailers agree to:

• Provide accurate information about their business
• Honor the discounts offered to Customers who present a valid membership card
• Maintain the agreed-upon discount rate throughout their subscription period
• Not discriminate against Customers using the Platform

Payment Terms

All fees are payable in Indian Rupees. By providing a payment method, you authorize us to charge the applicable fees to that payment method. If your payment cannot be completed, we may suspend or terminate your account.

Intellectual Property

The Platform and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Impact Marketing and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Impact Marketing shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from:

• Your use or inability to use the Platform
• Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein
• Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the Platform
• Any bugs, viruses, trojan horses, or the like that may be transmitted to or through the Platform

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
