Refund and Cancellation Policy

Introduction

This Refund and Cancellation Policy outlines the terms and conditions regarding refunds and cancellations for memberships purchased on the Impact Marketing platform. By purchasing a membership, you agree to the terms of this policy.

Customer Membership Refunds

Cooling-off Period: Customers may request a full refund within 7 days of purchasing a membership, provided they have not used the membership to avail any discounts. To request a refund during this period, please contact our customer support team.

After Cooling-off Period: After the initial 7-day period, customer memberships are non-refundable except in the following circumstances:

  • Technical issues that prevent access to the membership benefits for an extended period
  • Significant and material changes to the service that substantially reduce the value of the membership
  • Error in charging (e.g., being charged multiple times for the same membership)

In these cases, refunds may be provided on a pro-rata basis, calculated based on the remaining membership period.

Retailer Membership Refunds

Cooling-off Period: Retailers may request a full refund within 7 days of purchasing a membership, provided they have not been listed on the platform or received any customer visits through the platform. To request a refund during this period, please contact our support team.

After Cooling-off Period: After the initial 7-day period, retailer memberships are non-refundable except in the following circumstances:

  • Technical issues that prevent the retailer from being visible on the platform for an extended period
  • Significant and material changes to the service that substantially reduce the value of the membership
  • Error in charging (e.g., being charged multiple times for the same membership)

In these cases, refunds may be provided on a pro-rata basis, calculated based on the remaining membership period.

Cancellation Policy

Auto-Renewal: Memberships are set to automatically renew at the end of the subscription period. You may cancel the auto-renewal at any time through your account settings or by contacting customer support.

Effect of Cancellation: Cancelling auto-renewal will not terminate your current membership. You will continue to have access to all membership benefits until the end of your current subscription period.

Account Termination: If you wish to terminate your account before the end of your subscription period, you may do so at any time. However, no refund will be provided for the unused portion of your membership unless it falls under the exceptions mentioned above.

Refund Process

To request a refund, please contact our customer support team with the following information:

  • Your full name and email address associated with your account
  • Date of purchase
  • Reason for requesting a refund
  • Any relevant documentation or evidence supporting your request

We will review your request and respond within 7 business days. If your refund request is approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method used for the purchase. Refunds may take 5-10 business days to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.

Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to modify this Refund and Cancellation Policy at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the updated policy on our website. Your continued use of our services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new policy.
